Shipping and Shipping Methods

1. For net purchases less than HK$380, customers are advised to choose cash on delivery (S.F. Express Delivery).

2. Free delivery to more than 800 Alfred smart lockers and self-pickup points in Hong Kong (including OK and 7-Eleven convenience stores) with a net purchase of HK$380 or above.

3. Free delivery to the company/home for net purchases over HK$680, additional charges apply for remote areas.

  

Delivery Range

1. Life Is For Excellence Ltd. only accepts addresses in Hong Kong (including Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories and outlying islands) or SF stores, and does not support overseas delivery at the moment.

2. Some remote areas have the opportunity not to deliver / additional service charges, please contact our company for inquiries.

3. General delivery service (Monday to Friday only, Hong Kong area)

4. Do not use a PO Box as a shipping address.

5. Each order can only be sent to one address. To ship items to different addresses, please place separate orders for different addresses.

 

Delivery Time

1. Under normal circumstances, the product will be shipped within 2 working days after the payment is successful and the order is confirmed, depending on the stock, but it is not ruled out that the delivery time may vary due to festivals (such as Christmas, Chinese New Year and Easter). have an impact.

Note: Sending to remote areas or outlying islands may take an additional 1-2 days.

2. We will process orders from Monday to Friday (except Saturday, Sunday and public holidays). Please note that orders submitted after 12 noon will be processed the next day.

3. If the customer fills in the wrong delivery/contact information, the delivery time will be affected/delayed

 

Track Order

If the customer cannot receive the goods on time due to personal reasons, please contact the logistics company to make arrangements. The logistics company may charge additional administrative fees.
